Alex Ackerman - Co-Founder, CTO for
Alex is the Co-Founder & CTO of Vision InSites, a fast-growing technology company that builds streamlined solutions for operational visibility and field reporting. With over a decade of experience leading software development projects across industries, Alex brings a systems-level perspective to product design and execution. He is passionate about building tools that disappear into the background and enable users to focus on what matters most.
An Eagle Scout and proud Scottsdale native, Will Abbott is a dynamic nonprofit executive and strategic fundraiser who has spent over a decade building mission-driven organizations across Orange County, Las Vegas, and now back home in Arizona. He currently serves as Vice President of Development at Junior Achievement of Arizona, where he leads fundraising strategy, financial stewardship, and community partnerships that strengthen the organization’s impact and visibility.
Throughout his career, Will has specialized in donor engagement, campaign strategy, and high-impact presentations—earning accolades for his ability to craft compelling pitches that mobilize support. His leadership has contributed to transformational campaigns, expanded student programs, and built strong relationships with corporate and foundation partners.
A current MBA candidate at UNLV and graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management and Sustainability, Will is known for his entrepreneurial mindset, relational leadership style, and ability to inspire teams and stakeholders alike. Beyond the office, Will is an outdoor enthusiast, avid traveler, and active Rotarian who enjoys backpacking, skiing, and spending quality time with his wife Reina and their rescue dog, Hera.
Jeff Koenig, via the Desert Angels and other groups, invests prolifically in startups and other alternative asset classes. Jeff also owns Open 4 Business, providing fractional CEO and CFO strategic planning services to small businesses from pre-launch to exit. He draws on the experience of having purchased, started, operated and/or sold a dozen small businesses. Jeff has served the boards of non-profits like the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum and via a federal appointment to the National Regulatory Fairness Board. With what time is left, Jeff mentors throughout the entrepreneurial.
With 20 years in finance and accounting, Andrew has served as an interim CFO for VC-backed startups, early growth companies, and PE-funded businesses across a range of industries—from healthcare and education to commercial real estate. He brings experience from top firms like Alvarez & Marsal and Ernst & Young, along with hands-on insight from his own entrepreneurial ventures, to help small and mid-sized businesses have access to actionable financial insights to maximize tax savings, grow EBITDA, and build long-term value. Andrew is especially passionate about tax planning and guiding clients through exits and parternship transitions. He holds an MBA in finance from Wharton and a master’s in accounting from BYU.
